About Schreck, Courtney, Escobar & Associates
There are 300,000 licensed Real Estate agents in the state of Florida. Of those, 137,000 are REALTOR members.
Allow us to introduce ourselves:

Jim Schreck has been a successful real estate agent for 13 years. Starting his business at a small local real estate firm, Jim moved to Prudential in 2002 and finally ended up “home” at RE/MAX in 2003. Jim heads up the REO department and focuses his time and energy on REO servicing and sales. Jim has become the “go to” expert that his peers look to for advice when dealing with distressed, hard to sell properties, sales involved with the court system and Bank Owned Homes. He currently holds the RDCPro and REOS designations sought out by lenders looking for professionals who have extensive experience assisting with the disposal of REO and Bank Owned properties. His experience dealing with lenders has been vital to sellers in difficult financial situations. Jim is heavily involved with the Association of Realtors and is on the 2009 Professional Standards Committee.

Dave Courtney moved from ERA to RE/MAX in 2001 to take his real estate business to the next level. Since then, he has consistently performed as one of the top producers at RE/MAX and is ranked in the top 1% of all real estate agents nationwide. He is well known in Central Florida for being a top vacation home and condo salesperson. Dave has been invited to speak internationally in cities across Europe and has marketed his properties at domestic real estate shows and around the world. He teaches classes to new agents at the board of Realtors and has been invited to participate on a top producer panel for RE/MAX of Florida. He currently holds a Broker license as well as the designations of Certified International Property Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Resort & Second Home Property Specialist and holds the Transnational Referral Certification. Dave is on the 2009 – 2010 Board of Directors for the Osceola County Association of Realtors.

Carrie Escobar, in her “prior life”, developed, ran and eventually sold two very profitable businesses related to the real estate field. This entrepreneurial spirit naturally lead her to real estate sales where she rapidly became a top RE/MAX agent and quickly gained respect of her peers. Carrie enjoys working with first time home buyers and families relocating to Central Florida. Carrie attained the designation of ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative. This designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria. She’s also a member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. This membership requires extensive training in the luxury home market. In addition to the local boards, Carrie is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB)
